Development or Success?

Development or success? Should we push for promotion come hell or high water, or should we allow talented players more playing time?

Questions like these are being asked more and more frequently in the feeds of Facebook, Twitter and the like.

Of course, we are aware that considerations such as these are a rather pointed fundamental debate, since success and development are not necessarily mutually exclusive.

Nevertheless, we would like to know what philosophy you would stand for if you were in charge at HSV?
